Fast MVP

A first version people can use.

One job, scoped hard, shipped in weeks. Then you learn something real from strangers rather than from a meeting.

What we actually do

Scope one job. Ship it. Then decide.

The expensive mistake in a first version is building for the user you hope to have in year three. It doubles the timeline, and it buries the one question you were trying to answer under nine features nobody asked for.

So we pick the single job the product exists to do, cut everything that is not that job, and ship something with real accounts and a working core flow. It has to survive a stranger using it, because a clickable prototype teaches you almost nothing about whether people come back.

If it works, the full product and the automation layer are the next conversation. If it does not, you found that out in six weeks instead of six months.

  • One jobWe agree the single thing the product must do, write it down, and hold everything else against it for the whole build.
  • A real buildAccounts, a working core flow, and a deployed URL. Something you can put in front of people who owe you nothing.
  • Weeks, not quartersFour to six weeks to something running, then we sharpen whatever the usage says deserves sharpening.
  • A path afterwardBrand, site, or automation can sit on top once the idea holds. We will tell you honestly if this is the wrong first step.

Let’s Hang

Let’s Hang

Map-first hangouts, live.

The one job was making it possible to join a plan near you in a single tap. Everything else, including the voice rooms and cost splitting, was built around that after the core held up.

  • See who is going near you
  • Join, then drop into a live voice room
  • Split the cost, with ID verified first

Cyber Sweep

Cyber Sweep

One job, done completely.

The single job was reading a project folder in the browser and naming what is broken. No accounts, no uploads, no dashboard. Everything else got cut until that worked.
