The shop that was living in an Instagram inbox.
Virelle Wellness Hub sells skincare, supplements, and whole foods in Nigeria. Every order used to arrive as a direct message. We built the store, the brand, and the two AI systems that now run the floor.

The problem
Virelle was doing real volume entirely through Instagram. Every enquiry, every price question, and every order went through one inbox that one person answered. That worked until it did not.
Two things were quietly costing money. Anyone who wanted to browse the range and check out on their own had nowhere to do it, so they left. And the owner could not see the state of the business without opening a laptop and scrolling a chat thread, which meant order status questions were answered late or not at all.
The insight
The obvious brief was “build a shop”. The diagnostic week turned up something more useful: the customers were not asking for products, they were asking about symptoms. Hair falling out. Can’t sleep. Always tired. The DMs were full of it.
A conventional category grid — Supplements, Skincare, Fragrance — would have answered a question nobody was asking. So the store got a second front door organised the way people actually arrive, and the support AI was trained on that same vocabulary rather than on the product catalogue alone.
What we built
A storefront with two entry points
Standard categories for people who know what they want, and a symptom row for people describing a problem. Both land in the same catalogue.
A brand that survives a product grid
Mark, type, and colour resolved against real product photography and a live checkout, rather than against a presentation.
Ask Vira, the support agent
Trained on the actual range, delivery terms, and refund policy. It answers the repeat questions end to end and passes anything unusual to a person with the thread attached.
An admin agent on Telegram
The owner messages it like a colleague. Pending orders, what sold today, what needs attention — answered where they already are, without opening a dashboard.
- Ships: full catalogue, cart, and checkout
- Answers: support agent on the storefront
- Reports: admin agent over Telegram
- Handover: the team adds products without us
Where it stands
Live at virellewellnesshub.com and trading. Paid traffic now lands on a page that can take an order at three in the morning, and the inbox has stopped being the only door into the business.
